About the PRI Team: Twenty years ago, PRI made a conscious decision to maintain a tightly-connected cadre of 15 trainers, consultants and coaches who are independent professionals rather than employees. This arrangement allows us to staff client projects with the team members who are highly seasoned in their specialties and best suited to client needs. Additionally, it enables us to be more cost-conscious for our clients, since we do not incur large overhead expenses that get passed onto clients.

The PRI team is a community of individuals who have worked together over many years on scores of different assignments for scores of clients. We know each other well, are highly collaborative, share our best practices, our materials, lessons learned and our opportunities.
